At Admire Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility


You may request a return if:


The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect


The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition


The product includes original packaging, tags, and accessories



Return Window


Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.


Requests made after this period may not be accepted.



Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


Used, damaged, or altered products


Items without original packaging or tags


Products marked as non-returnable on the product page


Hygiene-related or personal care items (if applicable)



How to Request a Return


1. Contact our support team at support@admireshop.com (replace if needed)



2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product



3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions




Refund Process


After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 8-12 business days.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.



Replacement Policy


In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.



Shipping Charges on Returns


If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be free of cost.


If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.



Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.


Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
